Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Stelid platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including individual operators, business administrators, field workers, and client portal users.

2. Description of Service

Stelid is a field service management platform designed for snow removal, lawn care, and property maintenance businesses. The Service includes job scheduling and tracking, GPS-verified time entries, photo evidence capture with watermarking, AI-powered job summaries, invoicing, client portals, team management, weather-triggered dispatching, and related features. Stelid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Notify Stelid immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.

4. Payment and Billing

Stelid offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription tiers. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen tier. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Stelid reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Stelid and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including photos, job data, and documents. By uploading content, you grant Stelid a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stelid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall Stelid's total liability exceed the amount you paid to Stelid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, via email or a prominent notice on the Service. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

For users outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of habitual residence within the EEA or the United Kingdom. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") or the UK GDPR applies, Stelid acts as a data processor on behalf of the organisation (data controller) that holds your account. You may exercise your data subject rights by contacting us at privacy@sitesnap.app or by using the data export and deletion tools in your account settings. Our Data Processing Agreement is available at stelid.com/dpa.
